For managers, the pay would be the only thing.

Cons

Upper management are all friends that look out after one another without respect to thier employees. They simply do not care about you. This place is ran by people who say to be innovative but refuse to take your advice. All of the workers are extremely overworked and underpaid. If you’re not a mechanic, you’re nothing to this company.
