- Health Insurance - Work Life Balance - Easy to take leave - Trains your mental being by adding tasks like cleaning after people's work, babysitting young engineers when you only have <1 year experience.

Cons

1. I was only given recognition when I decided to resign and how my performance grading was "good" because I resigned. 2. Otherwise, my workload consisted of cleaning peoples work. 3. HR is hired to not help employees when there are reports of incidents.
