Easy place to work if you able to manage your clients and your time well.

Cons

absence of Leadership and also some of the staff have very bad work attitudes in which are allowed in the workplace, causing the bad air to spread. overloaded with mundane stuff and lazy people gets away with the work.

Good higher management and some very caring co worker

Cons

Terrible company culture and there's some horrible supervisors, chances of promotion depends on which HOD that you report to, Tedious work processes and there's a lot of red tape.
