I do not recommend working at this company due to the deeply toxic work environment. There is a serious lack of accountability, and workplace issues such as bullying, favoritism, and poor communication are routinely ignored. Management is either unaware of the dysfunction or chooses to turn a blind eye, and HR is essentially ineffective — more focused on protecting the company than supporting employees. Concerns raised by staff are consistently dismissed or brushed aside, and any efforts to suggest improvements are met with resistance or apathy. Morale is extremely low, turnover is high, and those who stay often do so out of necessity, not satisfaction. There is no genuine effort to foster a healthy or respectful culture, and leadership does not model or encourage positive behavior. If you're looking for a workplace that values well-being, collaboration, or growth, this is not it.
