- Good place if you want a chill job before retirement - Stable. It’s like an “iron rice bowl" - Easy to get in. Good as a stepping stone, but not ideal to stay long term

Cons

- Projects are not doing well. Bonus is around 1+ month, and salary increment is only in the low double digits - Even when the company performs well, employee benefits are not impressive - Overall low bonus and small salary increments
