Was disappointed by the lack of transparency and integrity in leadership. . Promises were frequently made but never kept, and accountability was consistently avoided. Instead of owning up to mistakes, senior leadership chuanwu deflected blame, leaving employees feeling unsupported. This created an atmosphere where employees were constantly frustrated and disengaged. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone looking for a transparent and supportive work environment.
