Cons

Management is out of touch with on-the-ground technical challenges. Frequent last-minute changes and poor planning caused unnecessary stress. Unrealistic deadlines and constant firefighting left little room for quality work or learning. Lack of proper documentation and outdated infrastructure made troubleshooting inefficient. No clear career path — promotions and recognition were based more on internal politics than merit.
