- Reasonable starting pay - occasional OT and nightwork depending on projects but generally able to knock off from work on time - able to travel around not desk bound job

Cons

- product not fully tested but are implemented on site - no proper handover of tasks from ex employee thus resulted in lots of time wasted on digging up the history - too much promises to client during tender stage but those promises were not highlighted to system/product team. Resulted in a lot of changes / patches to STE product throughout the implementation of STE product on site
