Flexible split shift scheduling so you can get things done during the day. Good for parents to go while their kids are in school.

Cons

Toxic environment from the office staff showing favoritism towards their friends creating a hostile environment for other drivers.

Pros

Training. Paid well. Flexible. Easy to get support. I love the diversity of people that I work with.

Cons

Unfortunately, my current location lost his contract with the school district that they had been with for 42 years. The outcome of the future of this particular depot is unknown at the time.

Cons

Management picks favorites they will pull you from a trip , tell you it cancelled and give it to someone else, also the management will talk about certain drivers like they are pieces of garbage absolutely nothing is done about discipline, the kids on the buses do whatever they want
