Pros

they will hire anyone with a clean driving record and train you to get your CDL B license

Cons

Poorly Managed company isn't neccesarily bad but a lot and I mean a lot of drama and rotten apples at MST , they don't care about there employees there your just a paycheck to them. their route books are all messed up.. Always Check your Paycheck hours to the letter bc normally its always wrong. and If you have a problem with your bus Good luck getting it fixed when you need it too ... Basically get your CDL and MOVE ON

Pros

- The kids are amazing - Truly have a chance to make a difference in their lives - By yourself in your own bus, flexibilty to sing, mediate, pray, laugh, joke, whatever - If you like to drive

Cons

- Very poorly organized office - Micromanaged -controling managers - high turnover - no consideration for personal events. (not just oh im too tired to come in, but someone got in a car wreck, and was on the way to the hospital, and the manager asked them when they would be in. They didnt even ask if they were okay.

Pros

Great hours; yearly raises; office staff and manager is not only accessible, they work hard to keep everybody happy; every weekend off unless you accept a weekend fieldtrip.

Cons

If a person has seniority and/or experience they can work as much as they want (within the time boundaries of course). If a person is just starting out though, it's can be rough when the bidding process begins. The senior drivers get the best routes (they've paid their dues), and they get to choose the choicest fieldtrips; which leaves the novice with very short hours and few trips.
