Part Time hours, split shift

Cons

The parent company is generally disconnected from the needs of their employees. Offers and actual work time isn't consistent. Intense training and certification requirements for minimal return.

Great Manager and Great Compnay

Pros

The Manager was the Best we have had in the 9 years I’ve been here. Always treats people with respect and he truly cares. The dispatchers are awesome too. Lots of great co workers, and safety is the priority! I’m truly going to miss it. I was here before and left but this time I can say I’ll miss this place.

Cons

Need better pay for drivers and insurance too. Wish some of the buses were newer as well.

Pros

New bus fleet with buses that run on propane.

Cons

Think of the nastiest people you've ever seen on a reality tv show and that's the management at the location where I worked. They even instituted a game of Survivor Island not realizing how closely they enacted the premise, only the most shameless or meek survive. Have a personality? Speak up about something wrong? You're off. It was a terrible environment with absolutely no integrity exhibited by local or regional management.
