Pros

The hours are OK for a part-time job. The buses are generally kept in good mechanical condition. The pay rate is OK

Cons

Management has little or no respect for its drivers. Management, although very safety conscious, harangues local employees when accidents occur at other terminals. Management is "bottom-line" driven. Keeps buses mechanically OK, but refuses to wash them. This makes the company look less than satisfactory to the general public.

Good breaks, get 50% of break and free drinks. 30% on merchandise. Friendly customers

Cons

Manager was a weird character. Staff felt scared to approach her. Heard her talking about employees in the office. Way too much upselling, customers found it rude when we had to upsell 3 products for one transaction.
