Pros

Many companies claim to be family friendly, but few really are. After my first interview upper management from STA called to ask me how my son felt about his father traveling for work. STA does not just claim to be family oriented, it’s woven into their business practices.

Cons

For me the only negative I found was the location of the position I really wanted. I have no complaints whatsoever, just an incredible company staffed with incredible employees!

there are no pros for this company.

was training. while in training, and working to understand material, trainer accused me of not taking training seriously. this was a personal attack. also, he did this in front of another trainee. i'm glad he showed his true colors before i continued there so i could see how rotten an environment it was. i don't need that. no one does. to be honest, everyone else was friendly, and even he was, until that moment. but because of his actions, i would not recommend anyone to look for a job there. this was in goleta california.
