      Pros

      - fully remote - the people are respectful

      Cons

      - The pay is way below average - There wasn't enough work, and when they finally did get work it would go to the newer team members instead of the longtime devs. - One of the new higher ups is obsessed with AI and all things web3 which he then decided to start pushing on all the devs regardless of how AI is viewed or how well it actually works.
