Pros

I can't say enough great things about STARS!! The most supportive company I have ever worked for! They genuinely care about their staff and go above and beyond to make sure I have any supplies I need and feel supported at my placement. STARS made my move from GA so easy by helping me transfer my license and other documentation to start working in Arizona. I would recommend this company to any therapist, psych, or special education teacher, because it is truly one of the best decisions I have made!

STARS is so supportive and appreciative of its employees! They provide materials for treatment and testing as an SLP. Their benefits are outstanding. Admin are supportive, professional, helpful and responsive.

You gain experience working with clients of various ages, diagnoses, and needs, enhancing your clinical expertise, You get the ability to work alongside other speech therapists and professionals like OTs, PTs, and psychologists, fostering interdisciplinary learning, STARS provides workshops and in-house training, STARS also provides health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Cons

Working in the school setting as a speech language pathologist we tend to have high caseloads due to a shortage of therapists, STARS does a great job of providing support and provides training to help deal with large caseloads.
