Cons

With all contracting companies, staying at the same placement is not guaranteed every school year.

- Company provides many resources to do your job, including CEU money and reimbursement for licensing and certification - Pays extremely well, 1k raises every year - Owners of the company are friendly and do their best to make you feel valued

Cons

- No 401k match - Not much control over where you work

Excellent pay Frequent communication with management as well as other local STARs employees so being a contracted employee with a district is not isolating at all (even letters in the mail for all holidays) Tons of free therapy materials and resources CEU opportunities Friendly and courteous
