This is my first year with STARS and it has been amazing! I am a new SLP and they have been so supportive and provide lots of resources to help us succeed. STARS really cares about their employees and are a great company to work for.

So many materials are provided for my use, pay is good, supportive staff, benefits provided

No personal leave or rollover of sick time ( though they do payout unused days).

STARS provides their employees with all of the resources needed to work in the school setting such as assessments, therapy materials, and even CE classes (free!) The team are all kind and helpful and they create a genuinely welcoming and caring work environment.

Cons

I honestly don't have anything negative to share. They always go above and beyond to take care of us!
