I have been with STARS for 10 years now and have loved every year! They take every chance to make their employees feel extra special. They provide continuing education support and cover dues and fees. They have competitive pay and extra perks to look forward to! They also love to celebrate and spoil us every chance they get! I am so happy to have found them. I LOVE working for STARS and so appreciate all that they do!!

I moved to AZ after grad school and was recommended to apply to STARS. Despite being in another state they were so supportive and answered all my questions! They paid for my license, transcripts, you name it! Plus you receive yearly funds for CEUs and electronic materials! Being from a family business myself I trusted STARS to be a good company to work with. They may have a large number of employees but they take the time to get to know us all. I highly recommend this company if you are interested in working in the schools as a contractor.

I love working for STARS! Benefits include (but are not limited to) an excellent workplace culture, healthcare, fair compensation, flexibility, opportunity, and an overall feeling of security. I would recommend STARS to anyone looking to upgrade their career, or to anyone who is just starting out.

Cons

STARS does not match 401K; however, their compensation is fair enough that I am able to make my own considerable contributions.
