Extremely supportive management and fellow therapists! Paid CEUs/certifications Incentives for working for the company (trips to Hawaii, Fiji etc after a certain period of time) Spanish immersion program if needed Free health insurance Paid time off is super easy You are paid through the summer despite having the school summers off THE SCHEDULE IS AMAZING and allows you to have a great work-life balance They try their best to help you find a school close to home

Cons

On the job-site, you may feel "alone" if you don't reach out to them consistently when you have questions, especially if you are just starting in the school setting
