      Pros

      I have absolutely loved working for STARS! They are incredibly supportive and I have always had what I needed to do my job effectively and efficiently. The benefits they provide to employees are amazing and won’t be found in most other jobs, and you really feel like they want to retain their employees.

      Cons

      There really aren’t any downsides to working here, the only thing I would change is I would love if they matched 401k contributions, but they give so many other outstanding benefits.

      Pros

      They offer lots of resources to help you do your job smoothly including trainings and therapy materials. They pay well and offer many benefits. The staff is always available through a phone call or email to help with any unexpected issues. They value their employees and it shows is the way they remember people's names and social interactions.

      There are not any I am aware of.
