Very good pay and benefits.
Cons
No advancement on ARL contract. Several contract extensions of 6 months. No full term contract renewal of 3 years. Either STG or the government could not agree on a full term contract. Contract is small compared to others. So if STG lost, it would not hurt their wallet.
