Great schedule, decent wages, good people to work with.

Cons

Insurance premiums are too high and not that great, management could be better depending where you are, HR is hard to get a hold of. Lack of additional benefits outside of the basics.

I have no pros for this company

Cons

STGi offers horrible, expensive medical insurance with such a high deductible. I worked so hard to become a registered nurse to end up having to pay so much money for my and my family’s medical appointments. This company is so cheap as well. Haven’t provided staff with raises and don’t keep their promises. Some Nurses were promised incentives that were never given.
