      You get Experience in Federal/VA Healthcare. The staff that works with you in your clinic is great.

      Cons

      Management is located in Virginia, when there is some questionable concerns, it is not always addressed right away, especially with HR. Severely understaffed almost all the time, but work is still expected to be accomplished
