      there is nothing good about this company! Run!!! Run as fast and as far as you can!!

      Cons

      HR and management work together to get rid of employees that ask to many questions. If you ask about a particular subject, you will NEVER get a straight answer! You would be lucky if they even answer you at all...why?... You're left with UNANSWERED questions. And if you persist they will get rid of you one way or another!!! They only give good raises to providers and staff gets no cost of living raise, nothing! In five years I got a measly 48 cents!!!! That's embarrassing!!

      I had a job with working with Federal Govt.

      Cons

      No salary increases, and in fact, the decreased my hourly rate on at least one occasion. I recall management telling us in a meeting that if we didn't like changes they made, that there was a line of people waiting for our jobs.

      Pros

      Flexibility. Opportunity to work from home. Regional team was committed and supportive. Direct supervisor was supportive.

      Cons

      I couldn't afford the health insurance. Promised raises did not happened (more than once) STG at the corporate level does not care about their front line employees.
