Pros

There are no PROS for this company. Only thing I can think of is having a job in today's economy.

Cons

Worked with this company for over 6 years. No pay raise they actually call their employees at work and give pay cuts because if contract changes. And laugh about it when they tell you. Benefits horrible, management horrible , CEO will not respond to employees only states I don't steal from employees. As soon as I find another job I am out the door.

Pros

Great pay, ability to somewhat flex your schedule. This is a federal contract, so you do get the perks of working in a federal building in most locations.

Cons

No formal training, extremely expensive benefits. There is very little to no paid days off and no cost of living raises. Also, excused absences are really excused. Very unorganized with a high turnover rate.
