This company offers flexible work hours, teleworking/telecommuting, the team environment is good, helpful and collegiate. Management is big on paying for professional certifications.

Cons

Okay benefits not exceptional. Company is still trying to grow and things are just beginning to settle down. Some people left or were let go most likely because of a recent merger.

Great midsized company with fantastic projects. Upper Managers are very accessible and supportive. Salary and benefits are quiet competitive. It is room for career growth.

Cons

No bench time. Not the most responsive HR team.
