Pros

Friendly co-workers. Flexible working hours.

Cons

Started job as a software engineer. Of course I had to sit around for a month before getting clearance. I had to bring in my own laptop and sit in the conference room for a month. After a month, they brought me one of those little round desk from the break room to use. Parking in Roslyn is expensive. I had to pay for my own parking.

Pros

STG was once a good company to work for.

Cons

As the company has grown there has been less and less emphasis on the employee, and more and more on the bottom line. As the company plans to go public it has become clear that shareholders will come first at the expense of employee compensation and benefits.
