Pros
They sometimes pay on time, sometimes but not always because they are very unorganized. I can't think of anything else nice to say.
Cons
STG is just another government contracting company. They don't care who they hire or what skills they have so long as all positions are filled and they are getting paid. Employees are treated like minimum wage employees so don't bother going to corporate with any issues because you have no voice. Awful company!
