      You know what to expect with a government contractor, and this was no exception. Generally a good company with decent benefits.

      An ever-shifting management structure seemed to create a lot of uncertainty.

      Pros

      I was able to gain a lot of good experience at STG. The coworkers on teams I was on were great too, including the team leads. Great working environment.

      Cons

      Higher management is inconsistent. Sometimes they treated employees very well, and other times you had to get HR/Upper management involved to get things required for employees.
