      poor management as far as budgeting , networking, bidding new projects , & Sales in scouting out future projects in this economical downfall, poor competitive bidding capable people for competitive market in which to obtain & win new bids & keep employees working. Poor all aroud upper managementment & severely lacking up to date date software systems for proporky funtioning engineering Data systems

      good atmosphere, strong company, good salary in the region, work life balance quite ok, there are learning opportunities

      Cons

      you need to work off what you spend on the "free" learning opportunity, the thinking is a bit old fashioned, the bosses sometimes a bit picky, there are spaces to improve
