Interesting work Work/Life balance is great Colleagues willing to go out of their way to help

Cons

Work is not the most fulfilling unless you really enjoy working with the DOD Lack of diversity, I believe this is just mostly attributed to the industry however

Plenty of experienced folks and opportunities to work on some interesting projects. Fairly competitive pay and benefits compared to other companies in industry, but it could be better.

Cons

Extremely limited resources Blame culture in some groups Diversity is severely lacking.
