      There are no pros to working here.

      Cons

      People are not receptive to feedback, managers are disrespectful, company lacks diversity and in unwelcoming to minorities, underpays, and projects are constantly lost, no one ever seems to have any updates during meetings, company does not incentivize team work or communication.

      Pros

      This is a great place to work. The leadership is kind and thoughtful, and they are genuinely committed to their values (impact, craftsmanship, teamwork). Coworkers are brilliant, and there is a lot of opportunity for mentorship and impact.

      Cons

      Need to lean into their modernization ideas, some aspects of the company are out of 1995 (IT).
