Pros

Offers some remote or hybrid, Supportive team, and flexible hours.

Cons

NO RAISES. Monitoring software, CEO has favorites, constant threats to be replaced by employees from Costa Rica, stereotypical pizza parties, overworked and underpaid. They have layoffs to save their bonuses.

No training, favoritism is obvious, no communication whatsoever, extremely bad management across the board.
