Turnover rate is too high. People come and go like it's retail. Work culture is terrible. No phones, no music, and constant reminders that they monitor your work station. No training or support. If there's a problem, you are the first to blame, never the manager. Owner and managers have no empathy or sympathy. Everyone could work from home except for accounting because they needed the department to train new hires during the pandemic. When questioned about safety protocols or guidelines, it was pushed onto the employees. Sorry, but I won't risk my life or others because of your sick greed. By the way, health benefits are a huge joke with an extremely high deductible. No communication or collaboration allowed. You cannot communicate or visit a co-worker's desk before 11 AM as that is a violation of their "personal, quiet time" policy. No raises, no performance reviews, and no upward mobility. They absolutely do not care about anyone. You are made to feel like everything is your fault, and that it's you and your performance. They will blame you for everything. If you dare defend yourself or talk back, you are a problem, and now a target that needs to be dealt with by intimidating or firing you. You will get a big workload with minimal support or training. There's no appreciation; you are a slave. After someone leaves (which is constant), you are dumped with their tasks. No raises, no thanks, just absolutely nothing. Pay is awful. Do not settle for this company. They will hire anyone with no skill set and no background check. If you must accept for the money, just know it's not your fault. You did nothing wrong. Don't let them get to you. It's on them, not you. Problems and mistakes repeat over and over and over. They literally do not care and think this isn't a problem. You are just a number. I'm glad I'm free!
