Pros
The company location is easily accessible. The atmosphere inside the building is inviting, free snacks and drinks are provided. The company has some amazing people, unfortunately most of which have already left.
Cons
Negative work-environment, long hours, mostly without lunches or breaks for Operations Support staff. New people come in making the same as you, even though you've been there for for almost a decade. Managers are unprofessional, some Directors too. Lots of swearing behind the scenes, Managers badmouth their employees. President gossips and talks bad about her staff to other staff. In my last year with the company, I watched nine people leave and two were let go; that's eleven people. When employees give their notice, they're walked out; usually the same day or next day. It's completely embarrassing, unprofessional and unnecessary.
