Great benefits, good pay, and management listens to feedback (rare these days)! Overall a professional and clean enviroment with a great culture! This workplace thrives on positivity and encouragement. They carefully maintain an uplifting enviroment with fun events, rewards and raffles, and even with who they hire (good vibes!). I trust the management team here, and even though I know there are some sour reviews from people who are no longer with the company, I ask that this not deter you from checking STRATA out for yourself. This is truly the best job I ever had.
Cons
They ask for diligent workers, but reward that diligence. At first I was a little intimidated by the workflow, but once I understood the ins and outs I felt confident and was met with success. The only other issue is that no one wants to leave! I mean it, if someone gets promoted into a position you can bet that they'll be there for a while. But the company is rapidly growing and new positions are being created. If you're looking for advancement you need to be willing to explore opportunities within the company, possibly outside your comfort zone.
