Flexibility with schedule decent pay easy job
Cons
Sales environment, even though they initially promised, it’s not, quotas to meet, even though in training, they say there isn’t any, heavy micromanagement, cannot have a off day, promised a raise and then not given one not had yearly evaluation. Expectations for meeting goals always changed. this was a second job for me or else I would not have lasted as long as I did because it was a joke.
