Pros

homeoffice, but besides that most of the positives have been rolled back or diluted over the last 2-3 years

Cons

Lack of respect and acknowledgement. Looking busy was more important than getting something done. If something went wrong, it was never important to learn what and why and how to prevent this in the future, only whose fault it was and often the blame came to people not involved in the process.

Well growing company Good company for Mechanical,electrics and Electrical engineers. Good HR policies.

Cons

Company is not good for IT peoples. For software engineers and developers there are lot of good projects that will help you to grow in several skills but because of 68 year old non technical manager it is very difficult to grow he don't value only value one of his blandish he will give your false reviews and try to pretend your tech-lead with 0 knowledge. That blandish person always come to office very late. Company and HR policy are not for that blandish person. Both rotten apples are not good for career and company growth.
