The people are very friendly and the work is interesting. You are kept busy, but learn a lot along the way.

Cons

The hours are nine to five which isn't great. By the time you get there, work, and go home the day is basically over.

The experience at Buffalo is very nice and fun

Pros

The place is very good to work. Excellent weather in summer or autumn. It might be the most diversity university in international students. It is quite nice to work with in such open culture place.

Cons

The weather in winter is extremely cold. Every one need to learn how to survive in winter driving. The snow is beautiful at the beginning but to be trouble later.

largely depends on the faculty member you work for, in my case the working time is flexible as long as you finish your work by deadline.

Cons

compare to my friends in our universities, the salary here is lower. vision insurance cover eye doctor visit once every two years.
