Pros

Flexibility in scheduling, exposure to diverse industries and job roles, Potential for skill development and advancement, and the opportunity to make a positive impact by helping individuals find employment opportunities.

Cons

Requires extensive multitasking and juggling multiple priorities simultaneously. Increase in responsibilities but not in pay. Pay increases are spoken about yet never established or given.

Pros

there is a nice break room at the corporate office.

Cons

The company is very mismanaged. Team leads are unqualified, unorganized, and clueless majority of the time. Communication between branches and corporate is pretty much non existent. Don't expect any sort of promotion, substantial bonus, raise or position change. Solutions are never given, you are always just expected to do better even if there are things out of your control.
