Helping kids learn and seeing them grasp new concepts every day in class is rewarding

Cons

Short summer program, so more of a side job than anything else

Great place to work at if you want experience in education

Pros

Training is good. Hands on in the classroom. Sees how day to day classroom functionality. Good pay for a college student or highschool student.

Cons

You might not get the school you want due to volume of applicants at first, but you can always talk your way into getting, Management is really responsive, not really a con.
