Pros

They gave me a chance out of college when other companies would have looked the other way. Most of the people are great to work with. Had some cool and interesting projects that kept me motivated.

Cons

Starting salary was way way below average, expect to fight hard for any raise Management team does not seem to value loyalty and hardworking employees. Potential for growth is limited. The general attitude towards the workforce is "everyone is expendable". Some people were extremely difficult to work with
