Cons
The management hiring at this company has been very suspect for all 6+ years I worked here. Due to that, many major accounts have been lost, and as a result, massive layouts and firings are now taking place. I never had so much as a warning in my file, however I was targeted by using a very relaxed rule about in-work messaging and was fired immediately for "talking about non-related issues such as weekend plans and what music my significant other and I were listening to." I received several promotions during my time there and yet was fired for a very trivial reason because I honestly believe they did not want to give me severance by laying me off. Very shady company.
