Absolutely the worst management structure for IT that I have ever worked for in my entire career. I was the only DBA for 3 of my 5 year tenor, the IT turnover rate for the company exceeded 85 percent over the 5 year period. 240+ hour weeks is common with this company. Threats abound, the entire IT(Systems) staff on many occasions were summarily denigrated and written up over the failings of a single engineer. You didn't have to be involved with the incident to be chastised. This company recently dismissed the Director of IT and AVP of IT, they only have one DBA to carry the load remaining, That's out of the five original. All the rest have quit. They have four reqs open at last count. They have been open for 3 months.
