Pros

The company is still fairly small which enables an individual with an ambitious mindset to progress and advance.

Cons

The small call-center atmosphere provides an environment where gossip runs rampant. Many of the employees group together in their own cliques, leaving others who'd rather remain neutral, feeling misplaced. Some of the supervisors conduct themselves in an unprofessional manner.

Pros

Two businesses that were small businesses operating in the area for over 20 years were acquired in 2012. Management and core operations personnel remain and are moving the company forward through a significant growth phase. Great benefits, nice location, amazing support and direction from headquarters. Fun and hard working team of employees!!! Clean, comfortable secure office space with easy access to public transportation, mall and restaurants.

Cons

Parking spaces, while ample are very narrow.

Time off when you need it. Yeah right. They lie to their employees.

Cons

If you take the time they allow, then you violate the attendance policy. No warning. Termination on the spot. I was fired after emergency surgery. Tricky company
