Pros

Good work and life balance, nice manager

Cons

I used to not mind this job at first. Though I didn’t know that we’d be taking SO many inbound calls daily and making a lot of outbound calls. It makes it hard for you to actually do your job. Also all of the angry borrowers on the phone you have to deal with daily kind of wears on you after a while. The owners of the company have so much money though they have stopped giving bonuses at Christmas time. The headquarters branch has full on carnivals and office parties and the budget gets cut for the other offices. Favoritism is a huge issue here. Our office manager is awesome, though some major issues don’t get addressed when need be. Pay is also not enough. Our one supervisor has to work a second job to make enough. Also, our computer systems and databases glitch all the time. Makes it hard to do our job. There is just so much work to be done and we all feel overloaded.

Pros

Pay was good, benefits good AND affordable, they use the Workday site which has an app, and I had some really bright coworkers. There is a lot of opportunity for mobility at the Scottsbluff site.

Cons

Extremely gendered dress code with zero flexibility for even corporate fashion; my trainer bragged that she had 180 hours of vacation and she had never taken a day off; our clients are mortgage companies that treat their customers poorly; I am disabled and none of the badge-in doors were automatic, none of the bathroom doors were automatic, and my trainer audibly complained when I requested a minor seating accommodation.
