      great flexability in schedules personal vs work

      Very little opprotunity to move up in the company, no parking for employees, grown way to fast and never looked back to see what they have lost in respect to valuable people.

      The management team is very professional and care about all their employees and they communicate their expectation on a weekly bases.

      Seem to going in many different directions as a company and sometime that lead to conflict among the different business units and support operations.
