      The main issue during my experience at SWBC was the leadership style. And no the leadership in Mexico, the leadership in San Antonio, often felt hostile rather than supportive, relying on pressure and intimidation instead of clear guidance and constructive feedback. This created stressful enviroment that negatively affected motivation, communication, and overal team morale

      If you are conservative, its a really bad placeto work, at site they only care to spoil the LGBT monsters they hire, if you have strong conservative values they will try to stomp on you.
