      Maybe health benefits? Nothing else really

      Everything. This company has totally gone down the hill. They did away with Christmas bonuses only to replace it with quarterly performance bonuses. You’re out of luck if your managers are terrible and don’t know how to properly calculate everyone’s performance fairly (some people’s jobs are way easier than others). If you’re 5 minutes late you get a half occurrence??? You might as well just take the 3 hours. The management is TERRIBLE. These people do not care about you at all!!! Go to USAA

      There are a handful of good people in company but don't expect much.

      Cons

      - Low Pay - Too much politics - You won't know when is your last day - Loyalty doesn't matter - There were months where worked 90 hrs a week - Had 15+ vacation days left in a year and the Time off requested was rejected for 3 days. Didn't took a vacation in 8 months and were making me work overtime. - Tried to fire make using stupid excuses. But had proof, so they couldn't. At last, they lay off me saying my position is no more need. - STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
