It’s ok for a short term job, would not recommend for the long term.
Pros
Benefits are ok, could be better. I do enjoy working with my current coworkers. As long as you meets your overall numbers there are incentives, granted they are not as good as years before. Paid sick & vacation is provided.
Cons
Procedure/rules are only enforced for certain departments, while other areas keeping making the same mistakes. It seems like a well known issue, however nothing is done. Also, procedures can be intrepid differently depending ones view which makes your job harder. Attendance policy needs a overhaul since incentive taken away as well as time off policy! There are serval departments which are divided into teams & only allow 1 person off at time....Doesn’t makes sense considering all “teams” do the same work & can be redirected to other clients when needed. Lack of moral.
